hello,
im 21 years old.i study dentistry.i have a pain in my left shoulder.its 5 years.its a chronic pain.the doctors say its because i havent done sports and its because of not moving alot.they say it is not important.i go swimming 3 times a week.its become better.but its not removed.i want it disappear completely.i dont know what to do.one of the doctors said its because im nervous.if it doesnt disappear i have to change my job and i dont like it.what should i do?i lkie my major.
