I have had a sore shoulder now for about 8 months. When I first went to the doctor she said it was something to do with my "Rotator Cuff" and said I should go for physio. I didn't go for physio thinking it would go away on it's own but here I am still unable to do all my normal activities.
Is this the same as "Frozen Shoulder"? I have never heard the term until I found this site.
Has anyone had any success with acupuncture?
