Thanks for your suggestion...I will try it soon. I just did a hot/cold shower series...and now my shoulder really hurts.

If I do this ice then hot thing that you suggested, I guess it will hurt when I do the cold. Is this supposed to be happening?

I swore off chiropracters years ago, however if this continues, I may give that a shot too.

I think I will go get accupuncture tomorrow if I can get there.
