I hate to be the one to say this,
but I'm fairly certain that chronic
yeast infections are just a symptom
of deeper intestinal candida overgrowth.

More important than meat is Sugar and alcohol.
Cut them out completely and you should see
a huge improvement.

I've been on 3LAC almost a month, much of the
vaginal burning/itching is gone but still discharge.
I've got a severe case so I imagine I'll be
dealing with die off longer than most.
