Hi Dewy. First here's a tip for the ulcers. Actually a couple. Well a few even. Isn't brainstorming grand? Try an herbal liquid mixture like Flor Essence manufactured by Flora. This has some really great healing herbs that are made ito a tea that you drink cold added to some water every day. Amazing stuff for healing your gut. Will benefit the liver too. Many people have used this for serious gut afflictions with amazing results. Gastrointesitnal and stomach cancers too. It works. It is basically Essiac but cheaper and just as effective. Then we have fresh cabbage juice. There are phyto nutrients in cabbage that heal the gut. Cabbage also has a high L-glutamine content which again is a gut healer. You could also supplement with isolated L-glutamine for the same purpose. And just to keep this train going, you could suck on DGL losenges. Enzymatic therapy makes a good one. It is a form of licorice root which is very beneficial to the stomach. Wait, here comes the caboose. Pau D Arco tea is soothing and helps your body in so many ways. It will help normalize gut flora as well.

Yes, look into the Body Ecology Diet, I think you'll like it.
Should be relatively easy to follow too.

As far as emotions imprinting on your physical body, you bet. Chinese medicine and ayervedic medicine understand this. Western medicine will get it in another 100 or so years and only if there is money to be made from a bandage fix regarding it.

Personally I would hold off on liver herbs until your liver is less obstructed. What happens is these types of herbs have a cellular cleansing effect on the liver cells which is good when the liver isn't stagnated. The liver cells are stimulated to release stored toxins but because of the obstruction, they are just reabsorbed. Too stressful. I'd wait till enough flushes have passed. Then when you do this the toxins will flow effortlessly out in the free flowing bile and right on out. Thne you can also include the ultimate liver stimulating/healing herb, milk thistle. Make sense?

For the magnesium. I meant magnesium chloride which I had made by a pharmacist in liquid form. THe strenght I had made is 555mg/5ml. The for dosing, 4 hours befor the flush I take 3 table spoons in some water, then 2 hours before the flush the same dose, an hour before the flush, one more dose. For the flush itself I use 1 cup of freshly squeezed ROOM TEMPERATURE, organic grapefruit juice (pulp removed) mixed with 1 cup of organic olive oil. Stir very well and at 10 pm (coincides with peak liver meridian energy flow time to maximize flush)drink it and get to bed. Have a hot water bottle ready. Lay on your right side in the fetal position, head slightly higher than abdomen. This helps the olive oil not come back to haunt you. Then stay very, very still and focus your attention on you liver with positive intentions. Remain still for at least 2o minutes then go to sleep . When you wake up, have another dose of magnesium and an hour or two later, one more. It is important to drink losts of water the day before the flush, the day during and the day after. To really help, you could have a colonic a couple days after your flush which helps get rid of any purged toxins so there is little chance of them becomming reabsorbed. Andreas Moritz recommends this as well. I have always done this as part of my flushes too.

When keying in on normalizing your biological terrain, ph of urine and saliva can be a very good indicator. You are stiving for a ph of around 7.4 Most people are very acidic due to too much acidic food items. Dairy, meat, cheese, pop, coffe, wheat, sugar, etc, all very acidic. Makes perfect sense. We know these things aren't exactly condusive to true health. *wink*

If you need any more brainstorming, let me know. Just whistle. You know how to whistle don't you? (sorry couldn't resist the cheesy nostalgic line)
