I just wanted you to know that I do not recommend smooth move at all! I was taking it not realizing it had senna in it. Well I ended up being rushed to the hospital by ambulance. I was close to having a heart attack. It is very dangerous for you and I strongly recommend against having that. If you need to have a bowl movement either dring organic apple juice (will clean you out fast), prune juice or do the Epsom Salt drink (although I myself personally have not done the salt water drink.

Please be careful when putting things in your body.
