I'm was doing the Master Cleanse, but I think I had a yeast infection before I started, and my vaginal discharge increased whild on the Mc ( i'm on day 7 of it). Someon ein the other forum suggested I might have candida.


I do get yeast infection symptoms often ( I eat alot of diary products) and I get Acne breakouts. The health food store lady suggested I cleanse my liver.

So, how else can I cleanse my system, without aggravting or furturing the yeast infection. I have the Smooth move tea, Yogi detox tea, Sea Salt ?
Should I stop The Master Cleanse when I finish the gallon batch I have and do a candida cleanse? What does that entail and what else do I need to buy?
