One thing i did not say is that the month before I started threelac I did Oregano pills and a yeast fighter for about 15 days. About 2 to 3 weeks later i started the three lac. When I did the oregano and yeast fighter i had major hives and puffyness. Once I was on the three lac all the allergies were ok but never reapeared from any of the normal foods I couldnt eat and I was eating everything as of three days after I started three lac. And yes I have had sugars to beer to fruits to fish and shellfish. Just about anything you ask i have had. Had a starbucks mocha java and and later taco bell taco salad and a pepsi. Feel just fine.
