I've been taking 3Lac for 9 days now...

The past few days I've had SORENESS in my lower
abs- very deep internal soreness. Not a sharp
pain like cramps but more of a dull ache.

I've had other die off symptoms and am happy
with the ways things are going so far.

Just wondering if this is normal
and if anyone else feels it?
