What an amazing experience. I think it would be a nice idea to write your experences down..and perhaps get back into the yoga and I recommend pranayama. Yes Its wonderful to have a guru, keep searching you will find your true Guru someday. I searched for many many years and one day boom, it just happened just like that. Once you meet your Guru, you will know and feel it. I just bought a DVD of Swami Ramdev and I am doing his pranayama and yoga exercises..I was skeptical, but I was amazed when I tried it.
