well i actually tried the two oils for a couple of months, what i meant is that i took one for 2 weeks and the other for the next two weeks. I took them as capsules three times a day/ Anyways, im 29, and im not even sure that the problem is low progesterone. But i think i will have to give vitex a try... i just dont' want to take it for life,,,, so i was wondering if anyone had a positive experience with it. I do have a gyni appt. But they do diddley squat. I just hope its not pcos or somehting more serious. Did the Liver Flushes help?
