Hi janaki,

I have been reading the valuable info you have provided on this website. I am also from toronto, so hopefully i can use similar sources. I read that you had hormonal imbalance, and did various things to correct that. I am currently having the same problem, irregular periods etc... was going to do a liver flush, just wanted to make sure of the order of cleansing, ie..bowel liver etc.... can i take psyllium husk for a few days and then try the liver flush? Also are there any yoga poses to help me. What is uttara vasti? Does it need to be supervised.Do i need to take coptis or chinese bitters. or should i try vitex?
