help sinus conditions. When an infection has gone from the tooth socket into the sinus cavity and is that well established I think it will call for other measures than just yoga. But certainly getting vertical can release any loose sinus congestion- as in any position where the feet are above the head-headstand, bridge...

When your tooth was pulled did the dentist (??) warn you about dry socket? this condition is prime for infection...It should be rather painful by now? What methods of healing are you using now?
