I actually did a search for "large ovarian cyst" and "curezone" on google and found that you and I were the only posters to show up under those variables. I have a very large ovarian cyst (20cm X 16cm X 9cm)that grew to this size over the course of a 29 day master cleanse (was 15.5 X 14.7 X 8.1 before the fast started...grew from 1.8 litres or quarts to 3.2 litres, which is almost a gallon).

What was interesting was that I did the fast to work on my cyst, and, instead, found out that I was loaded with liver and Gallstones (averaging pea to dime sized)...from day 11 to day 28 I released over 100 without a liver flush! Reading Julia Chang's website (found it before I found your story) I finally understood the connection. On top of that, I realized that, with the rapid weight loss, I was probably releasing all sorts of stored estrogens into my system, when my liver was not yet in a condition to break down the new deluge yet...so it makes sense that the cyst grew. I'm so glad that info was available, though...would be hard to believe that a fast could actually have a negative effect when I experienced all of the good effects(asthma gone, fatigue and fibromyalgia gone, blood pressure normalized, total peace in the midst of a high stress job, Acne cleared, skin and hair more hydrated than I had seen in years, and all those stones!!).

When I read your post, I finally decided to buy the bitters and the curcuma. I've already done a Liver Flush post fast, and it doesn't seem that I have much left in there (just released some tiny cholesterol balls that didn't even have time to be pigmented from the bile or gallbladder fluids). As a result, I think I only need to strengthen the liver now.

I'm starting another Master Cleanse tomorrow, where I will be taking the tinctures alongside. I know that I risk releasing a bunch of potentially stored estrogen with more rapid weightloss, but it's got to come off some time! Why not sooner. If it affects the cyst, I'll deal with that. I'd rather have my body clean so that it can finally get rid of this big thing!

By the way, did you tell Julia your story?

Isn't it funny that we are all Torontonians too.
