Sorry I forgot to mention - I used to go to a yoga class but due to having Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome I haven't done so for a couple of years, I've just got back into it with a very gentle yoga tape designed for CFS, I agree it would be best to have a teacher, I intend to find one as soon as I am able but really wanted a quick fix for now :)
