Hi everyone, I'm new to the board and hoping someone can give me some advice :)
I had a coxyx injury about 15 years ago and its left with a tendency to get twisted and stuck which is painful and makes me less energetic, I usually have a chiropractor fix it but cant get an appointment for a while so I was just wonderinig if anyone knows of any yoga techniques which could help?
