My mother has ST. I have studied the subject extensively. Sadly, the only effective treatment seems to be the botox injections. They will only help symptoms. There would appear to be no cure.

However, apparently Tetrabenazine is a very helpful drug treatment for limiting symptoms.

I hope you find relief for the condition.
