One way to cut down on the toxic load is to use WAX PAPER to cover and wrap food. I am not sure about wax paper in the microwave tho... I don't use a microwave anymore.

Do you notice that the more you eat "whole foods" , and not processed stuff, that there is less plastic involved? Its a path with a heart.


There are many things to warn about, but TEFLON is the other "current concern", with govt. asking industry to stop making the damn stuff.
