"Maybe a letter to the local health department would get this changed. After all, it is they that put those signs up in restaurants that employees should wash their hands after using to toilet. It boggles the mind that anybody would have to be told that."

Um... how about the fact that, despite being told, some employees STILL don't wash their hands? Even at restaurants. YIKES!

Although guess I should not be the 1st one to judge, after all I only rinse in water, no soap. Then again, I don't work at a restaurant.
