I live in Canada too and use the Craven M superoll kits (about half the price), but I would switch to pestiside free if it wasn't too expensive. And if they had menthol.

It seems that doctors are divided on the smoking issue. I've known people who were told to quit in no uncertain terms and others who were told not to. I've been told that some docs. won't take patients who smoke. I guess it'll all come out in the wash some day.
