This ability is more common than you may realize. I went to a series of workshops called "listening hands" where two nurses taught us how. Apparantly, it is a secret that some nurses know very well, and it allows them to provide good care for their patients, even when they know the doctors are wrong! I developed this ability to a small degree, but enough to dignose basic illnesses and "channel" a cure. Anybody can do it, you just have to be open to the possiblity and spend the time learning from others who know how.

Natasha has developed her abilities to a very high degree, helped no doubt, by her medical training. Another good example of this phenomenon can be found in the good ol' sceptical US of A: the American "medical intuitive" Caroline Myss.
