...same here...in my second month of colon cleansing currently
...in my first month that blood fluke got my attention
(it had brought my white blood cell count down)
(...finally figured out why I couldn't gain any weight)
...stopped eating meat, (incuding seafood) dairy and grain products
except for organic sprouted grains
...bringing my blood pressure down with -2- ripe plantains in the morning
...alternate with raw yams
...both very high in potassium.
My goal is a certified organic raw diet
(a clean colon with maximize my nutrition...and eventually I'll get my weight back)
