That is also where we get in trouble with the whole soy thing. I use soy but not to excess. We weren't meant to eat that much of it - think about the fact that we don't eat huge quantities of soybeans. Yet now we can eat enormous amounts of it if we are drinking the 'milk', substituting it as cheese, meat, etc....
