What do they propose is the nutrient that makes bones healthy? Vitamin D, sure, but is that it? They never say what we're supposed to do about it. Just 'This is bad for you.' In another two or three years they'll be telling us how milk is so good for us again.

I'm not trying to be a troll, but I am skeptical of reports that give you the bad news, and no solutions.
