If you don't have a cholesterol problem, you can use more then 3 eggs a week.Cooking the vegetables in a covered pyrex dish with water is best.All vegetables should be cooked to soft.
Drink the cooking water.Frying eggs in water then adding olive oil after the high heat cooking.High heat destroys the value of the oil.
Ester C is the best vitamin C to use.If you are eating OVEN baked
potatoes,eat only the inner white portion.Any part of the peel
is high in concentrated fiber and can cause problems.
