My friend is trying to get me to do a flush. First i have to go on veggie diet and soup for a week. I have purchased Magnisium 100% proof from the US for $100.00, i will have to drink this with the juice to loosen my stool during and after the cleanse. I have another friend that has started it and passed 3 stones today.

I asked my doctor and he said its dangerous and if a stone gets stuck you can die? Ugh. Also, He said i could pass the stones myself with the right diet. Hum, then how would i ever know if it happened. I'm going to switch my diet to raw, and do more research on the cleanse. If anyone knows anything please email me i'd like to find out more on the subject.
