I often wonder why people have to feel and see effects of things before they will believe it is having some sort of effect at all. If you strap yourself and measure your brainwaves and take Garlic etc see then what you think. People don't think they are suffering minor scurvy till they educate themselves on Vitamin C. They don't think they are suffering sub clinical de-hydration till they follow Batmans work and see what happens!
