Loved the article. I would also mention the importance of rinsing the mouth with water immediately following taking any lemon, to protect the teeth. I speak from experience. I have juiced a lemon a day for quite some time, and have some teeth problems, and pain, and apparently cavities, as a result. the acid is very hard on the precious enamel of our teeth.
