Candida can inhabit the myelin sheathes that protect the nerves, so that you get symptoms that are remarkably similar to MS. Add to that nutritional deficiencies of essential fatty acids, lecithin/choline, vitamin A or B12 and the issue is compounded.

So do follow an anti-candida balancing regimen as much as possible. That means cleansing EVErYthing and taking probiotics. Don't just rely on anti-fungals, we have more microbes in us than cells so most anti-fungals are a waste of money.

Cod liver oil, liver, eggs, Udo's Choice, are all things you should add to your diet to make sure that this is not a severe B12 deficiency, because if it is, the damage eventually becomes permanent. I have instructions for how to buy and cook liver so that it's good for you, and a Protein Shake that would be a great help to you I think, in the FAQ for my forum. Link is below.

Also, muscle twitching can be due to magnesium/calcium/potassium imbalance. So just to make sure, you may want to add EmergenC packets to your diet regularly, and CalMagFizz. Keep the doses small and regular so they don't upset the balance even further.

Hope that helps! :)
