You might try the 2 supplements recommended in The Miracle Cure Book, of Glucosamine and Chondroitin sulfates. I used them for my bad knee and joints, gout, arthritis, and they really worked for me. I could tell within a week that they were working. I took them for about 3 months, and perodically I take them still.
