Hi Dot, we meet again!

I've suffered terrible sciatic pain on and off ever since puberty. I don't know if every so often I move the wrong way, and it iritates the nerve or what, but the medical profession has never given me any reason or treatment, just told me to suffer. UGH!
Most times, I suffer and it goes away. However when I was pregnant with my son, I had extreme sciatic pain for about 5 weeks straight, no relief. I tried physio (but not chiropractor) and learned all sorts of stretches that would relieve the pain for moments at a time, I also icreased my calcium, magnesium and vit C dramatically! Then one day I woke up and the pain had dissapeared.(I don't know what happened, cause that pain was so severe, I think it was worse than the labour and delivery!~~something made it go away) Since then I'm back to the "every so often" "sciatica". If I was really bothered like that again I would definately seek treatment from a chiropactor and take the regime of calcium, magnesium and vit C only I would add Sharks' cartilage & lots of cayenne. Just a suggestion...
In the meantime I'll pray for you!
