Type 1 or 2? My wife met a lady who has been able to come right off insulin with a strategic diet plan. Basically it is the Atkins diet. I'm not a big proponent of the Atkins diet but in certain situations, it may have its place. As far as nerve regeneration, there are some protocols I've read about that have had success.

Do you liver flush. The pancreas is tied to the function of the liver. If your liver is stagnant, this places an extra burdon on your pancreas.
