Trapper, I am curious if the die-off from 8 drops of Oil of Oregano is overwhelming at all. Did you have to work up to it?? I would love to follow your *SPA* details but would not want to overdo on the Oregano Oil.

I also liked your idea of laying in the sun and baking and then using the hose to sitz. I love my sitz baths and epsom soaks...Ive added ginger and Oil of Oregano and Apple Cider Vinegar but not sure how much cayenne to add to a bath, wouldnt want to burn anything special...but certainly, hydrotheraphy ROCKS!
