ok.. so I did a epsom salt, baking soda bath just now. I sat in for 30mins. After 30mins I felt sick in my stomach and got up just in time lean over to throw up in the toilet. Nothing yucky came out, just water (I had some ginger tea and some water while soaking) and some brown stringy stuff.

I felt weak and had to ask hubby to come help me out of the bath. The weakness lasted like 10mins, I had to just put on a robe and lay on the bed for a while.

Now I feel fine - a little headache, but fine.

so why'd I throw up?
