Hi,

I posted a ginger bath recipe on the previous page.
I went back to look to see how much cayenne i put in and it was one tblsp.
It did not bother me, but if you would like to start of with even just a 1/4 tsp. and then just work your way up to your own tolerance level.

It really is a great bath.
