I did confirm that when my aunt was diagnosed with MS she was told that warm/hot baths do take from energy. My Aunt continued to take baths in tepid water. She liked them, too. She was also told that chewing would zap her energy too. It is amazing all the things that take so much energy that we (or I) don't realize.
