I was looking for a detox bath to make myself feel better and i came across this bath that counter effects radiation.

Since i just finished my treatments last week i felt that this bath would be apropriate.

It kinda funny b/c i have taken this bath many, many times in the past and did not realize it was for radiation as well.

You can use Epsom Salts , Sea Salt or coarse salt.
I used coarse this time, which i usually use if i don't have Epsom Salts .

Coarse salt works really well.
About 2 cups salt and 1-2 cups baking soda in hot water, stay in minimum 20 mins. or if you can till the water starts to cool.

Eveb tho' i stood up and rinsed off after that bath with the shower and washed my hair.
I was still perspiring heavily for at least an hour after that bath.
