You know, I talk a lot and I am constantly telling people about liver flushes, parasites, cleansing their colons and they listen to me, but I get very few people who will actually complete a cleanse.

But, this week, everyone I have told about these baths has gone home and immediately jumped in the bathtub.

I guess people relish taking a bath and knowing they are doing a good thing for their bodies just adds to the comfort of a long, hot bath! In fact, my son-in-law took a ginger bath last night!
