I think it is -30 or something tonight! brrrrrr...

But the ginger bath was unbelievable...!!!

I drank some while I was in the bath... I got really hot.. I only stayed in for 15 minutes..my muscles felt like they were shaky,like when I used to have anxiety attacks.. I figured it must be the toxins, and the mucles releasing and relaxing... when I got out i was soooo red...and my heart was thumping.... I wraped myself up in a towel, and then a house coat..then 2 fleece blankets and then under my covers in bed!

I sweat so much..it was awesome...

I sweat for about 30 minutes..then had a shower to rinse it all off.... I have had about a liter of water... and Im still thirsty...!!

Im going to do it again in a couple days....
