To tell you the truth i don't know for sure.
I am sure mine is not that yellow, but i will check the next time.
Obviously, it must be releasing something unwanted from your kidneys.
So better out than in.
I am sure your kidneys are thanking you for it, by releasing the yellow urine.

I think that you could take the bath 1-2 a week, you wouldn't want to overtax your body.

I will bet that you will sleep really good tonight as well.
