No, I didn't take niacin. Maybe I will next time. I did drink plenty of good water, though.

Would you mind reading my "one more thing" post and respond to that? Also, how often do you think we should do these baths?

It's now been an hour and a half since I finished the bath and I feel incredible. I have a peaceful feeling and my skin is so soft. I feel pretty.
