Hi, I have a achilles tendonitis due to some Heavy training, considering that I am a professioal athlete.
Could any body tells me if there is any kind of Natural, widely available substance I can use to ease off the pain.
I heard saying that tea is a good to use in baths, and actualy helps inflamations.
