Since I have mercury toxicity, I used only one cup of clay at the lowest temperature, and stayed in only 10 minutes. I did seem to feel better that evening, and I notice that the negative feelings I was having seem to be gone this morning. I am going to wait a week and try it again. I had no trouble tolerating it, so I might try staying in longer next time.
