Thanks you guys! I guess I will definitely hold off on taking the Bentonite until I can get some psyllium. I'm backed up right now and not liking it one bit. Like I said I get urges to go but when I head to the bathroom nothing comes. What do you think I should do in the mean time to help get things moving?
