Just a little info. Sonne's has a product called No.9 Intestinal Cleanser. I bought mine in a health food store. It has "powdered plantago ovato blond" and psyllium seed plus husks. Is the powdered stuff another name for psyllium?
Another brand, Now, has psyllium husk powder. I got that at the same store. Neither was very expensive.
