As long as you are moving your bowels...things are progressing. Initially you might not see anything different as the shakes are making their way through your system. Be patient...some people don't start passing mucoid plaque for several weeks...just stick with it.

No...not a Fleet enema...the old fashioned red bag kind...which you can pick up in any pharmacy. Just make sure to use purified or distilled water.
