That's great that you want to get that mucoid plaque out! I got tons out by using the very simple Bentonite & Psyllium shakes (b&ps). The key is to just drink LOTS of water!

One usually takes a good probiotic AFTER one has bowel cleansed.

My vote would be to b&p...then liver flush....then take the probiotics!
