Well I'm not a expert on the bp shakes; (but jsut from my experience and reading the messages here ...

The combination of the 2 together is what is supposed to work with getting gunk out ie the clay leeches and the psyllium scrubs persay. You could try adding a small amount of lemon juice; I'm sure a small amount wouldnt affect your candida much. I think the psyllium casuses more solidification then the clay. I think the clay takes longer to leech material (not positive but this is what I observe).
