If you are unsure, I would tell you to read and gather as much info about before you proceed.

I am always skeptical of articles with a lot of "blah blah" quotation marks. What is the motivation behind these sites? Look though several sites, and books, for confirmation and details of procedures. 20 inches stuck up there? 20 gal of water? I've never heard that before, but I am always looking for answers. Knowledge is power.

The reason I started was I believe that once I started taking pills for this and pills for that, that is was never going to stop. I have serious doubt in the billion $ Pharmaceutical companies! The more research I do into our foods are produce the more it scares me. Most companies are just into it for the money, so if it is cheaper, bulkier, last longer, looks good, who cares if it is void of any nutrients? It taste good!

Plus I really value the opinions of people that go though these procedures and cleanses. Only do what you think is right for your body.
