I've never donea Colon Cleanse before. Although I ordered it and was so sur abut it, now that I read this artical I'm not too sure about it. The main reason I want to do a Colon Cleanse is to treat the constipation and bloating. Since you guys are more experianced in this, maybe you can give me some opinions on this subject.
